Capital Funding Bancorp is a bank holding company that provides banking and lending services to businesses and individuals. Formed in 2009, the Bancorp has three subsidiaries:
- CFG Community Bank, which provides traditional banking and cash management services.
- Capital Finance, LLC, provides traditional commercial finance for skilled nursing facilities and hospitals. We assist with development of flexible, cost-efficient revolving lines of credit secured by Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care accounts receivable. Additionally, Capital Finance, LLC offers term loans for special operating needs.
- Capital Funding, LLC, is a HUD-approved Multifamily Accelerated Processing (“MAP”) and Section 232 Lean lender that delivers highly leveraged, non-recourse and long-term lending solutions. Capital Funding, LLC serves multifamily properties (ranging from market rate to affordable properties), assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
Capital Lending and Mortgage Group, LLC provides bridge loans to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. This includes new construction loans on a five-year, mini-perm basis, as well as mezzanine and OPCO term loans for appropriate borrowers and transactions.
CFG Capital Markets, LLC is a fully-registered (member FINRA, SIPC) investment banking and securities firm that offers capital-raising solutions for facility owners and institutional investors. CFG Capital Markets, LLC provides capital for taxable and tax-exempt issuers, as well as investment advice for institutional investors.
Capital Senior Ventures, LLC focuses on the financing needs of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities when they need to turn around distressed or underperforming assets. Capital Senior Ventures provides equity capital for the acquisition of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in order to lease and ultimately sell them to operators.
Capital Health Group, LLC is a self-advised real estate company that focuses on independent, assisted living and memory care facilities. Capital Health Group, LLC makes capital investments in the senior housing market through acquisition and development.
