Purpose

Short-term financing for the timely acquisition or refinancing of nursing homes, intermediate care facilities, assisted living facilities, mental health and rehabilitation properties, and board & care homes.

Eligibility

• Each project has a unique story, therefore our experienced professionals evaluate each property based on the historical, current and potential performance of the property.
• Properties are underwritten based on a HUD loan take-out provided by Capital Funding Group.

Loan Features

• Timely loan processing.
• Variable and fixed-rate debt.
• Interest only.
• Repairs and renovations may be eligible.
• 18-month term.
• Combined with HUD take-out loan.

Structure

The structure and fees associated with Bridge Loans are initially discussed in general terms, however, these are negotiable based on many factors, including, but not limited to, the underwriting NOI, the loan-to-value, cash or secondary note contributing to the transaction, and physical condition of the properties.
