Capital Lending & Mortgage Group, LLC is a strategic bridge/interim lender specializing in timely acquisition financing or refinancing of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, including mental health and rehabilitation properties. Our core business platform is based upon a HUD insured take-out provided by Capital Funding Group Inc., with the subject property underwritten to HUD standards.

Bridge loan terms include variable and fixed rate interest only, an eighteen (18) month maturity, and include repairs and renovations where applicable. Experienced professionals apply a creative and knowledgeable industry differentiation in developing a structure to fit the unique needs of each borrower's property.

Capital Lending Mortgage Group also provides new construction loans on a construction/mini perm five (5) year basis. In addition, Mezzanine lending and OPCO term lending will be considered for the right borrower and transaction.

Capital Lending Mortgage Group's existing portfolio consists of single-facility transactions from $3,000,000 to $25,000,000, multi-facility portfolio transactions up to $100,000,000 and Mezzanine and OPCO term loans from $15,000,000 to $100,000,000.
