Hospital Finance Group

The Hospital Finance Group is a division of Capital Funding Group, Inc. with a primary focus on providing HUD-insured financing for the construction or rehabilitation of acute care hospitals. Capital Funding Group's Hospital financing program allows up to 90% financing and provides a low fixed-rate, non-recourse loan with a 25-year term. The company will provide interim financing as a bridge to HUD financing for situations that require more timely funding than the HUD program can offer. The Hospital Finance Group will also work with hospitals in securing non-HUD financing when appropriate, such as for LTACs and specialty hospitals.

Along with these services, the Hospital Finance Group will consider acting as principal in hospital transactions, focusing on the real estate component of the hospital. In these situations, the company's role can include providing debt and equity, as well as doing sale-leaseback transactions.
