CFG Bank contributed $1 million to launch the Jack and Nancy Dwyer Workforce Development Program, which aims to provide training for the CNA and geriatric nursing assistant (GNA) positions, as well as entry-level jobs, in effect introducing people in need of work to the CNA profession and facilitating their training.
