Erik Howard

Erik Howard is the Executive Managing Director of Business Development and Marketing of Capital Funding, LLC and is responsible for the structuring and financing of healthcare real estate transactions. Howard has extensive expertise in public and private debt and equity offerings and merger and acquisition structures and financings. In his role, Howard leads CFG’s recently expanded focus on multifamily and seniors housing real estate financing through CFG Credit Partners and CFG Asset Management. During his tenure, Howard has been involved in the financing of more than $7 billion in healthcare and multifamily assets.

Prior to joining CFG in 2004, Howard worked for New Jersey Schools Construction Corporation, an $8.6 billion state-wide construction initiative mandated by the state of New Jersey, where he oversaw various groups, including the Design/Construction Procurement Group, as well as the Financial Forecasting Group. Howard also worked with Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc., a full-service investment banking firm headquartered in Baltimore.

Howard received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from James Madison University.
